Warwick House Wedding Photography

Warwck House Wedding Photography - Southam, featuring my favourite wedding images from this stunning venue.

Warwick House accommodates between 60 and 200 guests depending on which room you choose and the team are fantastic at helping you find the right accessories, down to the last detail. They’re really experienced and will help you with everything from the ceremony and the food, right through to the seating plans and music – along with all the finishing touches that will make your day so memorable.

Warwick House in Southam dates back to the early 19th century when it used to be a hospital. After standing empty for many years, it eventually became a community centre, then a guest house, and finally a hotel in 1965. Since 2010, it’s been hugely popular as a beautifully refurbished hotel and wedding venue.

It has 16 en-suite bedrooms and a four poster honeymoon suite with Jacuzzi, and it offers exclusive use for couples. You can have a civil ceremony at the venue or they’ll help you arrange a church wedding if you prefer. St James C of E Parish Church in Southam is within walking distance.

The wedding team are super helpful and can give you loads of tips on themes – they have a great selection of accessories depending on what you’d like, and whether you’re going for a summer or winter wedding. There’s a resident DJ and they can organise chocolate fountains, pimped Prosecco stalls and even a ‘Magic Selfie Mirror’!

I’ve photographed vintage styled weddings here and they also do a great line in boho – if you want to go barefoot down the aisle, they won’t bat an eyelid. They’re experienced in last minute weddings too – so if you want a whirlwind celebration, these are the people to speak to!

The grounds are spectacular – I love an outdoor wedding here because it’s so great for photos. It’s quite a grand venue, with gorgeous arched windows and a landscaped terrace, but you can make the day as relaxed as you like and hold your reception in a smaller room or have a huge party in the gazebo.

Warwick House offers the full package – the in-house catering team uses locally sourced produce wherever possible, and they also have a large selection of wines and cocktails to choose from. The venue is popular for both summer and winter weddings and the team is really good at offering suggestions for seasonal alternatives, like mince pie canapés or outdoor hog roasts.

They can help with music, flowers and running orders to make it as seamless as possible for you and your guests.

I love the light here - there are some great photo opportunities, both outside in the beautiful grounds and inside with the ornate staircases, stunning furniture and huge windows.
